Arjun Kanungo says, “The industry is my personal interpretation of my growth as an artiste. I believe that my music is about telling a nuanced story. I’ve tried to highlight the more personal parts of myself that you don’t get to see very often. This is probably the first time I’ll feel insecure and openly express myself. Adding to this, “The industry was born during the pandemic. I started thinking about and reevaluating my journey in the music industry. I want to put myself out there artistically like I’ve never done before. I wanted this album to be raw and real but exuberant in its vibe. Arjun has already shot and released 4 tracks from the album – Ilzaam which has already crossed 23 million views on YouTube and half a million in a day, Bad Sapna and Back Baa Jaa, all 3 of which are Dhruv. Kanungo was directed and shot by Ek. All Hollywood crew. Arjun’s brother Dhruv, who studied at the American Film Institute and assisted Spider-Man and Doctor Strange director Sam Raimi, revealed his worldview in these tracks. Arjun has also released the lyrical video of ‘Barsaat’ and is now all set to drop the next 3 tracks from ‘Industry’ which are all unique, unique and truly different!

Kanungo’s album ‘Industry’ has been released on his label One Mind Music & Believe and on all major streaming platforms. Kanungo put himself on the global map with Vaultboy’s Indian rendition of ‘Everything Sucks’, the popular international hit and number one single that inspired millions of reels on Instagram and TikTok. This version is made exclusively for India, with lyrics in Hindi written by Arjun and Dhruv Yogi, while featuring portions of the original song by Vaultboy. The artist also posted a collaboration post on Instagram with Vaultboy announcing the song, Now That’s Something!

‘Photo’ marks Arjun’s first collaboration with ‘Bajre Da Sita’ singer Rashmeet Kaur, an unconventional track with desi influence, very different from Kanungo’s signature modern dance sound, while ‘Ishq Samundar’, King and Arjun’s Pop is the album version of the trance track. Tune in now!
